Responsibilities

• Maintain direct client/carrier relationship and provide day-to-day contact.
• Prioritize work to meet client needs and compliance.
• Maintain client tariff database and update data for accurate processing.
• Verify release conditions and rating/compliance.
• Create and follow client SOPs and ESPs.
• Improve service delivery and operational productivity.
• Ensure accurate release and rating of shipments across modes.
• Mentor Release Operations team to ensure accuracy.
• Escalate issues and recommend corrective actions.
