Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Client Import Analyst to serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for the client service and operations teams. You will facilitate release and entry summaries, manage tariff databases, classifications, client instructions, and ensure accurate billing within service standards.

This role is fully remote with a Monday to Friday day shift, emphasizing attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience
• High School/GED or equivalent required
• Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct client/carrier relationships and provide day-to-day support.
• Ensure accurate and timely release of shipments and audit junior team members.
• Create customs entries and input shipment data for EDI release, rating and billing.
• Create and maintain the client tariff database for accurate output and one-step processing.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance.
• Develop and adhere to client SOPs and ESPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
• Escalate issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain missing documentation and instructions.
• Stay updated on systems developments.
