Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Client Import Analyst to support client service teams and operations. The role focuses on release and entry summary management, tariff classifications, and billing accuracy across multiple transport modes.

The position is fully remote with a Monday–Friday day shift. You will interact with clients and carriers, maintain tariff databases, and ensure compliance with service standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience
• Strong entry writing experience
• Client service oriented with internal/external clients and coworkers
• Ability to handle large volumes and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent time management and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct working relationships with clients/carriers
• Ensure accurate and timely release of shipments across all modes
• Create customs entries and input shipment data for EDI release, rating and billing
• Maintain client tariff databases and ensure accuracy of system files and keywords
• Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance and rating
• Develop and follow client SOPs and ESPs; suggest process improvements
• Interact with clients to obtain missing information and escalate issues as needed
• Participate in daily team operations and prioritize, organize, and coordinate tasks
• Stay updated on system developments and perform other duties as assigned by management
