Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Client Import Analyst to support client service teams and operations remotely. The role focuses on release and entry summary, tariff database management, classifications, and audit of service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with clients and carriers, verify documentation, maintain SOPs, and identify process improvements within North American brokerage. 5 years experience preferred; high school or GED required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• Strong client service orientation and communication with clients and coworkers.
• Attention to detail with timely, accurate work.
• Knowledge of tariff, customs compliance and SOPs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct working relationships with clients and carriers.
• Ensure accurate and timely release of shipments and audit junior colleagues.
• Create customs entries with proper vendor selection and EDI data entry.
• Maintain and update the client tariff database and related SOP/ESP documents.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance (e.g., certificates).
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency in NA Brokerage.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with release teams for corrective actions.
• Interact with clients/carriers to obtain missing information and instructions.
• Collaborate with Customs and PGA's as needed.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in daily operations and meetings.
