Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in client import, customs or brokerage environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Excellent communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with tariff databases, classifications and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client service operations and contact points.
• Ensure timely release and entry summaries for shipments.
• Create customs entries and input shipment data for EDI release and billing.
• Maintain client tariff databases and related vendor/keyword information.
• Audit entries to ensure accuracy and adherence to SOPs and standards.
• Identify process improvements and escalate resolution when needed.
