Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the client implementation PM team and set direction.
• Define and implement portfolio-level delivery standards and governance.
• Balance workload, forecast demand, and manage capacity across programs.
• Coach and develop Project Managers, conduct performance reviews.
• Support sales with credible implementation timelines and delivery approaches.
