Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to be the main client contact during onboarding and implementation. You will help clients solve business pain points and transfer knowledge on best practices for Motility's product suite, including configuration and training.

You will evaluate client needs, develop configurations, assist with implementation, and provide end-user support. Travel up to 80% and ability to travel to Canada are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional services/technology consulting with software focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% including Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist external clients in implementing technical systems and solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation.
• Communicate with leadership to keep projects aligned with goals.
