Twin Health is seeking a Manager, Client Growth & Success to own a portfolio of mid-sized employer clients, driving engagement, retention, and revenue in a remote US role. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Health Economics, Clinical Delivery, and Product to align client priorities with Twin’s growth strategy and deliver measurable value.

You are a self-starter with strong relationship skills, data storytelling, and a track record of renewals and upsells in SaaS or health services.

Formación

• 3+ years in client success/account management in SaaS/health services.
• Proven track record of renewals & upsell quotas.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
• Experience using data to guide prioritization and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-sized employer clients.
• Develop deep client relationships and align on KPIs.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and retention.
• Lead renewal and expansion strategies and forecast pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Health Economics, Clinical Delivery, and Product.
