Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or account management.
• Full-desk recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
• Experience using an ATS or CRM; Bullhorn experience is a plus.

As a Client Manager/360 Full Desk Recruiter, you will own the entire recruiting lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition to candidate recruitment and successful placements. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and social selling.
• Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake through offer acceptance.
• Source, interview, and present top‑tier candidates across a variety of industries.
• Negotiate fees, offers, and employment terms.
• Partner with TEEMA's recruiting network to deliver exceptional talent quickly.
• Stay current on hiring trends, market conditions, and industry developments.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, sales, or account management.
• Full‑desk recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven, commission‑based environment.
