TEEMA Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed clinical, professional, technical, and leadership roles, across complex, high-impact positions. This role supports both high-volume and project-based hiring while serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

You will independently manage multiple requisitions, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hiring, SLAs, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using multiple sourcing strategies (LinkedIn campaigns, staffing/search partnerships, networking, virtual career fairs).
• Proven success in fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting with sourcing, hiring volume, time-to-fill, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-impact roles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, SeekOut, Indeed and networks.
• Coordinate interviews and present qualified shortlists to hiring teams.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, hiring goals, and time-to-fill; ensure SLAs are met.
• Participate in virtual or in-person recruiting events as needed.
