Brightli, a behavioral and community mental health provider, seeks a Client Financial Services Representative to strengthen financial operations supporting its services. In this remote role, you will manage insurance accounts receivable, follow up on unpaid or denied claims, and use medical billing knowledge to improve reimbursement outcomes.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with insurance billing and collections.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Familiarity with EFTs, EOBs and medical terminology.

Mansioni

• Follow up with insurance payers to secure timely resolution of unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims.
• Investigate account issues using payer portals, secure messaging, calls, and insurance correspondence.
• Resolve billing and reimbursement issues by correcting, resubmitting, or appealing claims when appropriate.
• Review and respond to insurance inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Run and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify aging trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure claims comply with billing and coding guidelines, payer requirements, and contract terms.
• Document procedures and communicate recurring issues to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with team members while independently organizing and prioritizing assigned accounts.
