Job summary

The New Hiring Platform is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to assist clients with reservations, service requests, and ongoing coordination. You will ensure clear communication, research options, and maintain accurate information to create a positive client experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable using email and web-based tools. The role is fully remote, with opportunities to develop professionally within a supportive team

Qualifications
