Myriad360 is seeking a highly organized, customer-centric Account Manager to support sales operations, onboarding clients, managing accounts, and coordinating timely order fulfillment. You will partner with Account Executives, clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver accurate service and drive operational excellence.

Based in the United States, you’ll balance client advocacy with hands-on leadership, ensuring quotes are accurate, orders are processed smoothly, and risks are escalated

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience managing customer accounts.
• Proven ability to onboard clients and generate accurate quotes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted advisor to key accounts and executive sponsors.
• Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives with Sales.
• Generate timely, accurate quotes and ensure smooth order placement and processing.
• Oversee account management including contract and agreement negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to forecast stocking needs and delivery schedules.
• Act as client advocate to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of all orders.
• Escalate risks appropriately and support remediation efforts.
• Complete security awareness training and comply with company policies.
• Identify and escalate security risks to Executive Leadership and contribute to remediation efforts.
