Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a seasoned, customer-centric Account Manager to support sales operations, onboarding clients, and managing accounts within the United States. You will prepare accurate quotes, coordinate order fulfillment, and build long-term client relationships while collaborating with Account Executives, partners, and internal teams.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive, leadership-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and customer-centric professional.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Based in the United States, preference for PST time zone (CA, OR, WA).

Responsibilities

• Support sales operations and onboarding for new clients.
• Manage accounts and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Prepare accurate, timely quotes and negotiate contracts.
• Forecast stocking needs and delivery schedules with internal/external teams.
• Act as client advocate to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of all orders.
• Escalate risks and contribute to remediation efforts.
• Complete security awareness training and comply with company policies.
