Job summary

Market My Market is seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead a portfolio of 30-40 law, medical, and dental clients, focusing on account strategy, retention, and upsell opportunities.

You will collaborate with CSAs and report to the Director of Client Experience, guiding campaigns, tracking performance, and delivering insights to help clients grow locally across the United States. Remote-friendly role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at an agency.
• Able to interpret Search Console data and explain rankings to non-tech owners.
• Proven client relationship management and retention experience.
• Strong understanding of local search and GBP optimization.
• Experience analyzing SEO performance data and communicating insights.
• Familiar with the legal, dental, or medical industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized account strategies for clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and secure renewals through value demonstration.
• Maintain strong client relationships as primary liaison.
• Collaborate with CSAs to coordinate marketing activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and report results.
• Represent MMM at client events and industry meetings.
