Market My Market, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is hiring a Client Experience Manager to oversee a portfolio of 30-40 law, medical, and dental clients, delivering premium account management and building long-term relationships.

You will collaborate with CSAs and the Director of Client Experience, drive strategy, upsell opportunities, and provide insights on campaigns, GBP performance, and content roadmaps, with a remote-friendly environment and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
Interpret Google Search Console data and explain ranking movements to non-technical clients.
Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and client relationship skills.
Knowledge of Legal, Dental or Medical industries is a plus.

Mansioni

Develop and implement customized account strategies to meet client goals.
Identify upsell opportunities and secure contract renewals through clear communication.
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to maintain trust.
Collaborate with CSAs on marketing activities, content delivery, and reporting.
Oversee portfolio of 30-40 clients and address concerns proactively.
Track client performance metrics and present insights to clients.
