Market My Market is seeking a Client Experience Manager to oversee 30-40 client accounts, focusing on account strategy, upsell opportunities, and strong client relationships. You will work with CSAs and report to the Director of Client Experience, guiding SEO and local marketing initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven insights, and proactive problem solving to drive retention and expanded partnerships across diverse legal, medical, and dental clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving client retention.
• Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
• Experience analyzing SEO performance data and communicating insights to clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement customized account strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and secure contract renewals.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering trust.
• Attend client events, industry conferences, and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients, ensuring deliverables are met and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate with CSAs to deliver marketing activities, reports, and projects.
• Track and report on client performance metrics to demonstrate results.
• Address client challenges by coordinating with internal teams and presenting solutions.
• Provide insights based on client needs, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Create thoughtful client experiences and gifting that show care for the client.
