Market My Market is seeking a remote Client Experience Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of 30-40 legal, medical, and dental clients, primarily in small locations. You will drive account strategy, upsell, and renewals while translating data into client value and growth opportunities.

You’ll partner with CSAs and report to the Director of Client Experience. Join a fast-growing, fully remote agency with a focus on local search, GBP optimization, and measurable results.

Competenze

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Ability to interpret SEO data and explain rankings to non-technical owners.
• Experience with local and GBP optimization and client communication.

Mansioni

• Develop customized account strategies to meet clients' marketing goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and secure renewals through value demonstration.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary liaison with internal teams.
• Represent MMM at client events and industry meetings.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with CSAs for content, reporting, and project management.
• Monitor performance metrics and present insights to clients.
• Provide strategic consultation based on market trends and performance.
