Job summary

Market My Market is seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead a portfolio of 30-40 law, medical, and dental clients from a fully remote position. You will drive account strategy, upsell opportunities, and strong client relationships while collaborating with CSAs and the Director of Client Experience.

You will analyze SEO performance, communicate insights, and guide campaigns with a focus on local search and GBP optimization. A growth-oriented environment with clear advancement awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving client retention.
• Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized account strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and secure contract renewals.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to foster trust.
• Attend client events and represent Market My Market to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and ensure deliverables are met.
