Job summary

Market My Market is seeking a Client Experience Manager to oversee a remote portfolio of 30-40 clients, primarily law firms, dental, and medical practices. You will drive account strategy, upsell opportunities, and client retention while collaborating with CSAs and the Director of Client Experience.

You will analyze SEO performance, optimize GBP/local search, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Able to interpret Google Search Console data and explain ranking changes to clients.
• Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized account strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and secure renewals.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Attend client events, industry conferences, and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with CSAs to deliver content, reporting, and project management.
• Track and report on client performance metrics and provide insights to clients.
