Job summary

Market My Market is hiring a Client Experience Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 30-40 service-based clients nationwide. You will manage account strategies, drive upsell opportunities, and coordinate with CSAs to deliver measurable SEO results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving client retention.
• Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
• Experience analyzing SEO performance data and communicating insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized account strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and secure contract renewals through clear value demonstration.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to foster trust and maintain relationships.
• Attend client events, industry conferences, and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients ensuring deliverables are met and issues addressed.
• Coordinate with CSAs to execute marketing activities, including reporting and project management.
• Track and report on client performance metrics to show measurable results.
• Solve problems by coordinating with internal teams and presenting solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on client needs and market trends.
