Jets.com is building a new Client Experience function and seeking an advance-team member to help stand up playbooks and rituals for live private-aviation trips. You will own trips end to end, coordinating passenger lists, catering, ground transport, and special requests, while handling day-of operations with precision.

The role emphasizes writing, organization, and judgment under time pressure, with formal aviation learning as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Operationally complex experience in aviation, hospitality, healthcare, or logistics.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing.
• Willingness to collaborate remotely across teams.
• Desire to Learn aviation specifics as part of the role.
• Ability to work around client calendars and maintain composure under time pressure.

Responsabilités

• Own trips end to end.
• Lock in passenger lists, catering, ground transportation, and special requests.
• Run the day-of operations for trips.
• Verify aircraft repositioning, confirm catering and ground arrangements, monitor progress and weather.
• Handle non-normals: AOGs, mechanicals, late requests, diversions, crew issues, TFRs.
• Cover the crew and onboard the next wave.
• Pass handoffs between day-roles cleanly.
