Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from home for client businesses; capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages.
• Manage a range of call types: standard answering, Active Response, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls; training provided.
• Work at a steady, fast pace with metrics on quality, accuracy, readiness, and after-call work time.
