Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead client delivery operations for healthcare clients across the US in a remote role. You will coordinate service activities, resolve inquiries, and ensure delivery standards are met with data-driven oversight.

You’ll manage client relationships, collaborate with Operations and Client Success, and develop reports using Excel and Power BI to drive actionable insights and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client delivery, client services, healthcare revenue cycle management, operations, or a related environment.
• Experience using KPIs, operational data, and reporting to identify issues and communicate performance.
• Experience partnering across multiple functional teams to drive client and operational outcomes.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and timely resolution of client needs.
• Serve as a primary contact for assigned clients, coordinating with Operations, Client Success, and other service lines.
• Manage client expectations, inquiries, issues, and escalations while ensuring commitments are met.
• Develop tailored solutions while maintaining service and delivery standards.
• Monitor client health and KPIs to identify trends and risks; translate data into insights for client discussions.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc client reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Operations and Client Success to deliver projects on scope.
