R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead client delivery operations, coordinate service activities, and ensure delivery standards.

This role connects clients with internal teams, using performance data, reporting, and cross-functional partnership to proactively identify risks and elevate the client experience. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in client delivery or healthcare revenue cycle management, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in client delivery, healthcare revenue cycle, or related field.
• Experience managing client relationships, service issues, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive engagement.
• Coordinate service activities across internal teams to meet commitments.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable client insights.
• Develop solutions aligned with client needs while upholding standards.
