Job summary

R1 RCM Holdco Inc. is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead delivery operations, coordinate service activities, and ensure high-quality client experiences across healthcare revenue cycle management.

You will serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, using performance data and cross-functional partnerships to proactively identify risks and address service gaps. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing meetings, and delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client delivery, client services, healthcare revenue cycle management, operations, or a related environment.
• Experience using KPIs, operational data, and reporting to identify issues and communicate performance.
• Experience partnering across multiple functional teams to drive client and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication, proactive engagement, and timely resolution of client needs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, connecting clients with Operations, Client Success, and other service lines.
• Manage client meetings, agendas, and deliverables; coordinate with internal teams for quality reviews and readiness.
• Monitor client health and KPIs; develop client-facing reporting; translate data into clear insights for discussions and action.
