Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Client Delivery Experience (Output Solutions and Commercialization) — Remote to lead client-facing delivery for complex implementations in the Finance & Insurance space. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive better client outcomes and strengthen execution.

The role supports resource planning, process improvement, and disciplined project management across the department, with a focus on effective communication and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Eight years in the credit/debit card or financial industry, including five years of client project or conversion experience.
• Five years of management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of card processing systems preferred.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership.
• Strong presentation skills for all leadership levels.
• Understanding of Six Sigma and project management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing project management and technical staff to deliver high-quality project implementations.
• Define system requirements for product and service implementations and support successful deployment.
• Forecast and recruit skilled resources to meet project demand and priorities.
• Establish project management principles and improve interdepartmental communication.
• Promote operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues that could affect project success.
• Develop and manage the operational plan for the department.
