Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Client Services Project Manager to coordinate client service delivery across multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The role focuses on ensuring timelines, quality standards, and project requirements are met from planning through production, with remote work opportunities.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key client contact, build trust, resolve issues proactively, and support consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective leadership.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements.
• Demonstrated project control from planning to production.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for key client representatives to manage service delivery.
• Enhance client satisfaction through effective coordination of deliverables.
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by senior management.
• Verify and communicate project requirements to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Proactively address client issues and elevate when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date records on project statuses.
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in delivering project objectives.
