Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced leader to manage service delivery operations across multiple client projects. You will drive optimization of standard solutions, ensure profitability, and address performance gaps through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of contact center management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Medicaid experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience leading change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery work across multiple service delivery operations; drive optimization of standard solutions.
• Deliver agreed scope while improving profitability and productive gains.
• Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement.
• Analyze team performance and benchmarks; present improvement options.
• Manage supply, demand, service quality and cost-to-serve to meet targets.
• Lead project scoping, timelines, and overtime estimates for large projects.
• Oversee career management, training, engagement, and succession planning.
