Job summary

Luminare Health Benefits Inc. is seeking a client services professional to act as a primary liaison for clients alongside Client Managers, delivering administrative support to help retain accounts.

The role involves cross-department collaboration to address client questions and resolve issues, plus opportunities to host employee presentations, benefit fairs, and quarterly/renewal meetings with client managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Third-Party Admin or health insurance environment.
• Client-facing, outside vendor and member-facing experience.
• Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans.
• Ability to travel 10%-20%.
• Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Analytical, problem-solving, reading, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients with Client Managers.
• Provide administrative support to Client Managers to retain business.
• Coordinate with departments to respond to client questions and facilitate resolutions.
• Run client-specific reports and support client meetings/renewals.
• Assist with employee meetings, benefit fairs, and quarterly meetings with Client Managers.
