Job summary

Lumelight is seeking a Client Services Coordinator I to support verification services in a 10AM-7PM EST schedule. This remote role handles inbound calls, reviews submissions, and coordinates with auditors and management to ensure timely outcomes.

Responsibilities include tracking calls, verifying documents against eligibility rules, meeting deadlines, and delivering excellent customer service. Prior call center or healthcare customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience. (Healthcare Customer Service preferred).
• Prior experience receiving inbound calls or working in a Call Center.
• Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers.
• Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
• Ability to quickly, accurately, and efficiently work with multiple documents in a variety of applications.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and portal inquiries from audit participants.
• Monitor and track calls by maintaining accurate notes within our platform.
• Review documentation and establish eligibility according to client eligibility rules and documentation requirements
• Complete Key Deadlines and Deliverables according to project plan
• Other duties as assigned
