Job summary

Next Stop Travel is a remote-based organization delivering planning and coordination services to a broad client base. The Customer Service Representative provides support for client requests, organizes service arrangements, and aids the coordination process from a home office.

You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, identify client needs, schedule service plans, manage reservations with providers, and maintain accurate records while supporting improvements and teamwork

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Comfortable using digital tools and web-based systems.

Responsibilities
