You will collaborate with recruiting, account management, and marketing to identify prospective clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure excellent service for clients you bring to Paradigm.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build productive client relationships.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills.
• Ability to communicate credibly with managers and decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify prospective clients and expand Paradigm's client base.
• Leverage your network while building new relationships and sources of business.
• Identify and reach out to key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
• Learn about prospective clients and their staffing needs to identify Paradigm's value opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with prospects and convert opportunities into new client relationships.
• Collaborate with recruiting to understand capabilities and offer solutions.
• Support marketing and brand development through networking and campaigns.
• Stay engaged with clients post-sale to drive repeat business and referrals.
