Paradigm Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruiting team. You will identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of openings while partnering with recruiters to understand role requirements.

The role offers flexible hours, with part-time or full-time options, and can lead to a regular salaried position. This remote position supports PST time zones and is a contract-to-permanent opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, staffing, or related field.
• Strong internet research skills and persistence to find hard-to-locate candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute searches to identify qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings.
• Research and engage passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a new position.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand position requirements and distinguishes a strong candidate.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently recruited roles.
• Use Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools to identify prospects.
• Draft and edit job descriptions and postings; post to boards and keep postings current.
• Maintain accurate candidate and job information in ATS; assist with scheduling interviews.
• Monitor client VMS for new openings and changes; submit qualified candidates accordingly.
• As experience grows, take on additional recruiting responsibilities such as resume review and screening.
