Job summary

Premier Truck Rental (PTR) is hiring a Contract Driver to safely move our fleet nationwide, operating CMVs and ensuring DOT compliance while delivering top-tier service. This remote, nationwide role emphasizes safety, accurate logbooks, and excellent customer interactions on every job.

Requirements include a valid CDL with Airbrake, at least 2 years of CMV experience, and a minimum 21 years old with the ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling and overnight work are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Airbrake endorsement is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Commercial Motor Vehicle experience.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CMV and deliver high service standards.
• Comply with Federal DOT regulations and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the transport process.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report repairs as needed.
• Complete required paperwork inside the vehicle.
• Secure cargo per regulations and ensure up-to-date equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading as required.
