Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Health administration, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of job-related experience.
• 2 years of case management in STD/LTD or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as main contact for claims questions for case managers.
• Mentor for new hires and supports training.
• Supports refresher training and staff development.
• Uses risk management to secure appropriate claim outcomes.
• Conducts manager reviews/audits to ensure quality.
• Provides coaching and feedback to case managers.
• Monitors KPIs and service levels with case managers.
• Balances workload for case managers and assists management.
• Leads team meetings/huddles and may manage complex cases.
