Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead, Auto Bodily Injury, to supervise multiple examiner teams and guide complex claims adjudication. This remote role supports clients nationwide, requires strong leadership, risk assessment, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years claims supervisor experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical operations staff.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and maintains diaries on complex claims.
• Provides technical direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Performs quality reviews to meet audit and contract requirements.
• Acts as second level of appeal for client and claimant issues.
• Reviews high-cost reserves and claims beyond authority of the examiner.
