Job summary

Vaya Partners in Albemarle, NC is seeking a Claims System Manager to lead a team of Systems Analysts and oversee the claims management system and related applications. You will define the strategic roadmap, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, manage BRDs and vendor contracts, and ensure timely delivery while staying compliant with North Carolina Medicaid rules and organizational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communications, and project governance across IT and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and seven years in data systems management.
• Five years in a management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a team of Systems Analysts.
• Oversee configuration, development, implementation, maintenance and support of the claims system.
• Manage BRDs, vendor contracts, and service desk ticket resolution.
• Escalate items that are behind schedule and align with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalations and ensure timely delivery.
