Qualifications

• Active Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license in good standing is required.
• Prior P&C insurance service or claims experience is preferred.
• Leadership or coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support licensed adjusters as elevated contacts for policyholders.
• Oversee first payments processing and reissuance of payments on a claim.
• Review and approve coverage explanations, claim status, and next steps to ensure accuracy.
