This role investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves PD claims involving fleet and commercial risks, with a focus on timely, fair, and compliant outcomes, while operating in a remote capacity within the Southeast region.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Auto Property Damage claim handling experience required.
• Experience handling Florida claims preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Guidewire knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate PD claims, liability, coverage and damages.
• Review policies, endorsements and combined exposure.
• Obtain statements, police reports, medical records and repair documentation.
• Evaluate injury severity, vehicle damages and total loss exposures.
• Establish and maintain appropriate reserves.
• Negotiate settlements within authority.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys and vendors.
• Maintain quality documentation and compliance.
