Responsibilities

• Serve as licensed point of contact for policyholder and claimant questions.
• Explain and process claim payments accurately and per company policy.
• Provide licensed explanations of coverage, policy terms, and claim status.
• Document all interactions and payment activity in company systems.
• Refer matters requiring investigation to an upper-level adjuster.
• Maintain compliance with Florida DFS regulations and company policy.
