Qualifications

• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Windows-based applications and internet usage.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations for low to moderate complexity claims.
• Collect documentation: photos, statements, police reports.
• Review damage, assess coverage, and determine liability.
• Estimate repair costs and replacement values using standard tools.
• Negotiate fair settlements with claimants and representatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and timelines.
