Qualifications

• Active Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license required.
• Prior P&C insurance service or claims experience is required.
• Leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise licensed adjusters providing elevated claim service.
• Oversee processing of first payments to insureds and related parties.
• Review and approve explanations of coverage and claim status.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of payments, letters, and communications.
• Handle escalated questions and disputes beyond adjuster authority.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Conduct coaching, training, and licensing compliance.
