Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Licensing: Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (or ability to obtain quickly at company expense).
• Language: Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Skills: strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience: time in a high-volume, customer-facing environment with strong attention to detail.
• Mindset: self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable; ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto insurance claims, including complex cases.
• Review policies to confirm coverage and address related issues.
• Manage customer interactions professionally and accurately, even in tough conversations.
• Respond to demands and questions with clear documentation to keep everyone informed.
• Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to close claims.
• Maintain detailed, timely records; stay compliant with laws and regulations.
