Job summary

Gallagher Bassett, part of the Gallagher family, is seeking a senior Claims Adjuster with 5+ years of workers' compensation claims experience. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, collaborating with clients to deliver innovative solutions and timely resolutions.

Must be licensed in relevant states and possess strong analytical and communication skills; remote work eligibility and cross-state licensing support are available, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims applying analytical skills to informed decisions.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritise tasks to serve clients and claimants.
• Adhere to clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the claim outcome.
