Job summary

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a team handling a high-volume inventory of product liability claims arising from a national event. The role requires day-to-day leadership, technical guidance, and performance management.

You will balance claim expertise with leadership responsibilities, supervise 5–8 adjusters, monitor quality and timelines, and collaborate with clients and leadership to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of casualty, liability, product liability, or mass tort claims experience.
• Prior supervisory or claims management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-track or surge claim programs.
• Active Adjuster License or DHS license; ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5–8 adjusters handling product liability claims.
• Monitor quality, productivity, customer service, timeliness and performance.
• Provide technical guidance on investigations, damages, settlement strategies, and resolution.
• Conduct file reviews for compliance with client requirements and standards.
• Coordinate workloads and escalations for complex investigations.
• Communicate performance metrics to leadership and clients.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
