Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a Sr. Liability Claims Specialist, Supervisor, to lead a high‑performing team of adjusters and ensure excellence in claims handling from start to finish.

The role requires 8–10 years in property & casualty adjustment, supervision, and strong knowledge of liability coverages and processing. A license or plan to obtain is required; hybrid or on-site operations support client needs.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of adjusting property & casualty claims, including litigated claims.
• Active Life & Health or Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong knowledge of General and Auto Liability coverages and claims processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate, investigate, negotiate settlements, and document claims.
• Monitor claims, especially in litigation, and respond per Best Practices guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries from insureds, claimants, agencies, and carriers; discuss complex coverage issues with clients.
• Meet with clients to discuss complex claims and coverage questions; maintain open communication with customers and fronting carriers.
• Assist staff with litigation management and decision-making; supervise and coach team members.
