Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a Sr. Liability Claims Specialist, Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of adjusters and ensure exceptional claims handling from start to finish.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with clients and carriers, and drive operational excellence while supporting complex liability exposures. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Licensing: Active state license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Experience: 8–10 years in adjusting property and casualty claims, including litigated claims; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims, investigate, negotiate settlements, and document thoroughly.
• Monitor claims, especially litigation, ensuring timely responses and adherence to Best Practices for Claims.
• Research inquiries from insureds, claimants, partners and carriers; meet with clients on complex claims and coverage issues.
