Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a Sr. Liability Claims Specialist, Supervisor (Remote) to lead a high-performing team of adjusters and ensure superior claims handling from start to finish.

The role focuses on adjudicating claims, investigations, settlements, and maintaining documentation while supporting clients with complex liability exposures. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of adjusting property and casualty claims, relevant licensing, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with liability claims handling and property casualty exposure is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of team development.
• Solid understanding of claims processing, investigations, and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims, investigate, negotiate settlements, and document thoroughly.
• Monitor claims, especially in litigation, and ensure timely responses.
• Respond to inquiries from insureds, claimants, agencies, and carriers; discuss coverage issues with clients.
• Meet with clients to discuss complex claims and coverage scenarios; communicate clearly with fronting carriers.
• Lead talent placement, coach team members, conduct performance feedback and support career development.
• Manage timesheets, time off requests, and participate in compensation decisions.
• Facilitate team meetings, organize ongoing training, and participate in company committees.
• Encourage subrogation and fraud identification; participate in claim reviews and Risk Control Workshops.
• Mediate between insureds and insurance companies and drive data-informed improvements.
