Job summary

Signature Adjustment Group, a national boutique TPA, is seeking a Claims Manager to lead multi-line operations, including Auto Liability and General Liability, in a 100% remote setting. The role targets urgency, client service excellence, and strategic claims leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive claims experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of niche programs. Travel for mediations and client visits is expected in some cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of claims experience across Commercial Auto and General Liability.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some travel for mediations, trials, client visits, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage a caseload of ~85 claims across Commercial Auto Liability and General Liability.
• Handle claims from first notice through final resolution including investigation, coverage analysis, liability determination, reserving, negotiation, litigation, and settlement.
• Lead strategy on litigated matters and coordinate with defense counsel, experts, and vendors.
• Maintain reserves, action plans, and proactive client communication throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Ensure best practices in coverage, reserving, and resolution strategy.
• Monitor file quality, outcomes, and KPI trends; translate data into insights.
